Smoked gammon steaks done in my ridged cast iron griddle pan together with pineapple rings, mushrooms and tomato. Oven chips and beer battered onion rings. Peas and sauces.

Giant white baps filled with shredded peppered, smoked mackerel, tartare sauce, thin sliced cucumber and mayo.

Sausage rolls made with butchers choice sausage meat and shop puff pastry.

Toasted brioche rolls filled with scrambled eggs and Scottish smoked salmon. Traditional Christmas day breakfast.:)

Cold cuts for lunch.

Then at 6pm it's a 3 bird roast, roast spuds, roast carrots, roast parsnips, boiled spuds, green beans, sprouts fried with bacon. Then there are so many desserts that I lost count.
