Hi there

Apologies about the delay in replying to this thread. We have been awaiting some information rearding an upgrade that has been done. As of today we should start seeing a reduction in the problems with BBC I Player.

Can we ask that you do a few tests in the next 24 hours and ask anyone who has not done so in the last 48 hours to do a reboot on their boxes and try the application again.

Please let us know if your still getting problems and we can check individual accounts.

Can you also please start your own individual posts so we can keep a track on each persons query.

Once again we apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience with us in this matter.

I'm pretty sure that if you go to any support forum you'll get a skewed view as most of the people posting will be the ones with problems. You can't use a support forum as a basis of the quality of a product.

Does anyone know how the red button will work on BBC channels when the BBCi App is added ?

because at the moment it goes staright to BBC iplayer app that will have to be changed.

When you press the red button when the BBCi App is added when will there be some sort of menu so you can choose which app you want to go into ?

Am i right in saying the BBCi App will include Digital Text , Live streams and it will actually be better than the current BBC red button on the Virgin Media legacy boxes ?
