If the information we have is true, Sky Atlantic HD will hit VM screens next year.

It is possible that the SD version of the channel may become available this year, but less certain about that.

Not heard anything in months. Last I heard they were in negotiations again; I think they mustn't have been able to reach agreement (just my assumption).

I cannot believe how difficult this seems to be - Freesports is free, nothing to negotiate end of.

VM need to sort it out!

All channels have to pay for transmission costs be it freeview freesat sky or Virgin. Good popular channels can negotiate lower costs with Virgin but not with Freeview or Satallite

Base on information MB HQ has seen Sky Atlantic "may launch by August 2018 and will arrive on Virgin Media UK in the Fun Pack.*

We seen rumours of an UHD Channel may also launch on Virgin Media UK within the next 4 weeks.*

*NOTE: All information was given to Media Boy HQ months ago and is maybe out of date. Also until JJ20X reports testing we have them down as "rumours".

We will reveal the name of the UHD Channel in May if it do not appear this month.

Wait on end of TV Deal?

We mean Premier Sports (Who own Freesports) did launch in October 2013 on Virgin Media UK so it maybe up in October 2018. If Virgin has sign an five year deal.

Radio Times has confirmed that Sky Cinema Monsters will be with us from April 7th to April 30th.

True for many, but some are cost neutral e.g. BBC channels and some actually get paid to be on their e.g. Discovery.

A UHD channel would be welcome. Wonder, what it could be???

I'm guessing it's more likely to be an on-demand channel than an actual broadcasting channel. VM could prove me (us) wrong lol
