Big Brother live feed axed in favour of video clips
Senior Endemol staff have said that Big Brother live feed will not return for the new series, as the show is targeting ‘casual viewers’.

im not happy as well. They saying this is going to be the biggest bb ever how can it all we got its the high lights show and clips on iphone and android phone.

I never understood the appeal of the live stream. In most of the bbs where it was available, it seemed to consist almost entirely of the housemates talking or sleeping. The one time when it probably would have been interesting (when the housemates really kicked off), the live stream was shut down.

I never understood it myself. Claire would sit for hours watching the live stream of them all asleep.
Well - she did until I employed the sellotape trick ;)
