Deseeded the deadliest chillies of the lot that I grew this year. A cross between the world record holder (Carolina Reaper) and a previous world record holder (Bhut Jolokia aka Ghost Chillie aka Naga).

Very carefully done, and lots of hand washing afterwards, but I bet I still missed a bit....

One is going into a pot of chilli I made yesterday.
