AC Milan face potential expulsion from all European competition next season after Brazilian club Botafogo FC made formal complaints to UEFA and FIFA over unpaid training compensation. The Campeonato Paulista side is pursuing Milan for €298,750 ($388,783) in overdue fees over the signing of its former academy player, Sergio Luiz Ceregatti, in 2010.

Utds stature means they can get away with dodgy bank rolling so long as its not insanely big. Utd have only had second looks at the Chevrolet deal but again the club stature meant they got away with it.

dodgy bank roll I think but on the UEFA FFP front nothing could have been done. tbh nothing would have wanted to be done.

But the fact remains once the referee makes his decision he ain't going to change it so we just have to accept whatever decisions come our way in the end..
