ironically the council know before me had my new HB and CT forms through and from April 17th they use ESA and work group component to work it out so I investigated and although the ESA department was useless the incap told me I was awarded it

---------- Post added at 12:44 ---------- Previous post was at 12:43 ----------

At the end of the day its not as good as I hoped but its better than expected I thought like most others I would just be put on JSA and have to appeal totally. So those who slagged me off previously see I am ill so screw you

If you feel that you meet the descriptors of the support group (have you got the list of their requirements). Then you can go for an appeal. Though it is a gamble as you can be placed straight into JSA if you're unlucky. You can ask for a copy of an ESA85(a) form to find out your results and what you passed and failed on. (what score you got basically).

yeah I will ask. I will see what the score is first anyway it might end up being a good thing but ideally I would like to be on support group and still do the courses which appears to be do able

Spoke to Amazon's customer service yesterday to find out if I could get or buy a replacement back cover as the 'paint' on mine was coming off due to the case I have holds it in place with a sticky pad.

They told me you can't get replacement back panels for them but as it was still under warranty they offered to send me a brand new one! Nothing wrong with my Touch but they said I was entitled to a replacement :)

Just checked my email and a brand new Kindle Touch (not a refurb) will be with me tomorrow :)

yup more and more people both on here and out there in ' real life' tell / call me just that as well as oother things such as I've got no pride in my self as I claim free hand outs from the government.
anyway it's just the way people are being ' made' to see benefit claimants these days.

Hey I claim benefits and I don't give a toss if anyone else has a problem with that. And if they do, then so what, they're ignorant and not worth knowing if that is what they think. It's a problem that is easily sorted.

For most part the word benefits is seen in a bad light, as anyone who claims a benefit regardless to what type or what for, then assumptions are made on the spot and it does feel like you're tarred with the same brush as the scroungers who claim every single benefit there is. The ignorance on this forum is staggering sometimes.

I must add that I've never had a bad word said to me on this forum, I've never been called a scrounger personally in real life or on here (mainly because I keep myself to myself and don't say a lot), even though when you read what people think on this forum I personally don't take any offence from it, I find their ignorance easy to accept and I just laugh at them.

l know exactly what you mean dilli but don't take it to heart because if some people have these prejudices and ignorances towards benefit claimants then it they who have the problems because simply they don't really understand that there are many many people out there who have to claim benefits do it as a last resort because of the illnesses , disibilities or because their take home pay or pensions are so low so take advice from me IGNORE THEM.

Yes the PS3 is certainly looking good from the pictures and indeed £30 is pretty reasonable for a part believe you me as some of these parts can set you back a arm and a leg.

Well it was going to cost me around £60 to have it done so while I had the mother in law here who can see what she's doing I thought I'd give it a shot and save myself some cash.
