Man City did have to face Bayern Munich and Barcelona however....

Maybe United will win the champions league? Maybe playing like crap is the key? (See Chelsea 2012)

Thats my point. You never know. 16/1 odds on for us to win it. Doesnt matter how bad you play its a knockout competition, you only need to do what it takes to get through to next stage

I think this proves that Moyes must stay. Give him 5-10 years minimum. If they don't do that, then that would prove the Man Utd organisation is as hypocritical as the fans. I base that on how many times Man Utd supporters stated how they kept faith with Fergie initially, and how that worked out.

Of course, on that basis, if teams did that for everything (buying players etc), nothing would change. That I presume escapes Man Utd fans :D

Late fight back is on for Spurs, pity Soldado made a mess of a couple of early chances.

Soldado was rubbish as usual. How much time do you give a player. Sherwood should have stuck Erikson on from the start.

We were terrible first half, and chances that Soldado had, which he should have stuck away.

It was only when we put on Kane and Erikson on that we came to life and the penalty, that we never got, only for them to go the other end and do the usual dive - they got it and scored.

Spurs should have Ozil from Arsenal - at least he knows how to play football and score goals.

Our season is now over - no europe for uis next season.

Well Arthur, if Kane hadn't done his version of the Bale starfish when hitting the deck you might well have got a penalty. As for your take on the Benfica penalty, you come across like a bitter fan whose team just got beat. Oh hang on, you are one anyway.

None of the possible winners drawn against each imo. Barca, Madrid, Chelsea and Bayern semis?
