Thats great news and just shows that Virgin listen to their customers views all the time.

Please do not use words that invoke invoke the site swear filter - this is against Site T&Cs

I apologise, did not think it was swearing blocking the letters, will not happen again :)

I'd hope not. It makes no sense to lump HD Kids, HD Action, HD Rom-com etc together just because they are all HD.

I have tested on the office TV and seems to be ok here. There is a known fault in general with the menu systems either being slow or can freeze up causing the box to become unresponsive. If this happens you can use the following sequence to unlock the box instead of rebooting or waiting for a response.

THUMBS DOWN --> THUMBS UP --> PLAY X 3.

This reset's the UI and allows you to carry on navigating as normal.

I do apologise for the inconvenience but we hope to have this fault fixed soon in the next code download.

Thanks.

Just had a browse through on demand for first time since end of week, doesn't look like much has been added to movies since then. Movies seemed to be going on quickly but definitely slowed. Sky sports stuff been added to what's new though no sky sports banner under sky anytime.
