Pork and caramelised onion sausages, mash, peas and home made onion and rosemary gravy with balsamic vinegar.

Jacket potatoes filled with onion, cream cheese and Caesar dressing. Mixed salad with some fresh chopped tarragon from my herb planter.

Stir Fried Gurkha Veg and hot dogs. An eclctic mix but the family loves it.

Two thick slices of toasted multiseed bread, buttered, with three slices fried smoked bacon, two slices black Russian tomato, salt and pepper....mmm yum!

My freezer is steadily filling up with rhubarb from the allotment. I'll be self-sufficient in rhubarb this winter!
