Cable Forum - What are you eating now?

A Strawberry and "Goji Berry" yoghurt. Absolutely rancid and lashed into the bin after one mouthful.

I don't know what Goji berries are (presumably some hipster food) but tastes like something you'd ferment and distil into the type of tramp juice that makes you go blind.

Mediterranean style tuna fish cakes (JS TTD). Steamed broccoli, leeks and carrots. Lashings of good cheese sauce. :)

Fusilli pasta with home made Bolognaise sauce (beef and pork) Fresh parsley garnish from my herb planter. Sprinkle of Parmesan Reggiano.

My recipe used 250g each of beef, veal and pork mince but any combination to 750g is fine.

Make a really good rich sauce and a little goes a long way. I prefer the more Italian style of lots of pasta with enough sauce to coat and flavour so I can easily get 12+ portions.

Individual home made steak-in-ale pies in #2 ceramic dishes with puff pastry tops. Beer battered onion rings, chips and peas.

Salmon, ginger and chilli fish cakes. Steamed broccoli, leeks and carrots. Cheese sauce.
