Who decides when "SUMMER" is though?

Technically are we not in summer already? BST!
Or is it the time of year....Jun, July, Aug?
Or the school summer holidays maybe?

summer is not a specific time frame lol....VM do like to tease us

summer officially starts 21st june so after then it launch will be my guess

Someone did PM me early this week and said Summer for Sky Sports HD and Early 2015 for both Sky Sports News HD and Sky News HD.
