It's not collusion if BomberAF is right and Bt are also in on it and the pay off for the sky -Virgin deal is delaying the announcement to allow Bt the chance to capitalise on Bt sport.

Exactly, I would think that the corporate lawyers of the various companies involved will know more about this than Chad.

Any extra cost won't be that great. It is not additional programmes, just broadcasting the same content in a different format in which the programmes have already been recorded. If anything I would have thought that extra costs are involved in taking a film/programme recorded in HD and downscaling it to SD and checking the quality of the result.

good news about TV Licence going up just yet. It will go up quite a bit in 2017 thou IMO
