Re: The Xbox One Thread
Just a reminder the next free game either Halo 3 or Assassin Creed 2 should be available from Mondayish for all Xbox Live Gold members.

Nope, apparently Microsoft forgot what they said at E3. It's some crappy arcade game called Defense[sic] Grid  |

Zynga is a sinking ship, he's either getting a contract with a get out clause or he's an absolute moron.

Dave Mattress has probably been scapegoated over the E3/Launch PR arse-up thus en-route to any port in a storm.
You would be milking your Farmville cows with Kinect if he could make it happen. |
Re: The Xbox One Thread
Edit: Did some more research on Don Mattrick. He left EA and shifted to Microsoft and this is solely my opinion but since then EA have gone massively downhill with some of their products. Not ranting and saying their releases are bug filled piles of crap but a lot of them are! naturally with the exception of Mass Effect and others but look at the FIFA series and the Sim City release as examples. When this guy left, EA went in a different direction, introduced online passes, rubbish games and got greedier. FIFA 07 and games around that time seemed great in my opinion.
I was actually quick to link the Xbox One's always online DRM system with this guy but he was nowhere near EA when this business started. |

EA did indeed remove things, well just didn't put them in to get the game out in time. My main point is the game was essentially bug free then we know how it goes from then on in. Infact i'd be better just saying as soon as online play became a priority, EA dropped the ball in terms of QA and end product quality. Quote:
