You can do that yourself with your own equipment, pointless sending a tech out, what happens the week after when the routers move channels

I agree there, mines set to Automatic as well but usually have no problems apart from the usual SH1 weak signal in the bedroom a short distance away in my smallish flat.

Amen, it's an epic tool

You really need the SH2 or your own router to get a better signal. :)

i wish mine looked like that but my maximum, levels off at around 40 strangely, however i don't believe the TBB is accurate with the SH2.

How could it not be? Dont be brain washed by statements from VM

Because i don't think my ping tests or speed tests reflect what i am seeing on my TBB graph.

Maybe i am wrong but if my SH1 looked like my graph of the SH2 my connection would be terrible and i have a pretty good SH1 graph.

Without going into specifics (because of the trial rules & I don't quite understand it), there are some issues with TBB and SH2 in router mode. However, I do think there's a problem as some trialists on 'moded' firmware no longer have issues.

Have the moded firmware cleared up the messy TBB graphs? i didn't think it had.

So are you saying the SH2 responds to pings from TBB at lower priority, or that TBB send SH2 pings at low priority?

Re: superhub 2

I really don't know as i am not that clued up on all this but you can see from my 2 graphs that something is happening with the SH2 and not on my SH1 and it doesn't seem to affect the connection at all. :)

I also have far less jitter with the SH2 and you wouldn't think it looking at my graph.

That was my point. ;)

The hard evidence shows otherwise ;)
