Ofcom only class 1&2 as "must offer", so they are advising Sky to offer the HD variants at a "fair" price.

This is due to the OFCOM ruling, not sure about what deal they have come up for the sale of the VMTV channels ? But OFCOM said that if SKY were to move most of the sports to 3+4 that they would include them in the wholesale must offer!

The most likely time for SS HD is July or Early August the Premier League season start's on August 14th.

Thats not true VM would be shouting at the top of there lungs, plus isn't there a World cup freeze with no upgrades or channel adding in case it balls up the channel for some customers.

It's a joke. He's saying don't believe what people say until it's officially announced as anyone can say they know someone who works for VM, and then saying he's spoke to someone who works for VM and they've said that. It's an obvious joke.
