Hmmmm. Anyone could have knocked up a better knowledge base than the one on Community in the time it has been there and particularly as Ashg said that they had another 400 plus entries ready to be input quite some time ago. If that page was knocked up in the same timescale it wouldn't appear for a few days yet. :)

I still think you're all jumping the gun to conspiracy theories

ntl make you jump the gun with conspiracy theories, if they provided customers with facts and less bullsh1t there would be no need for them. :D

They definately should of issued some sort of press release or had someone tell Frank or another mod or even posted it on the holding page.

I'll take that wager Sir. :)

Re: .com just gone down?

Just wondering if NTL have managed to get the community forums working and have decided to give NTHellWorld.com the chop.

That would be a great shame particularly if NTL decide to exercise censorship on the forums on the community site as forum members often want to discuss unpopular NTL actions.

Anybody got any further info on this please?

That was the last page I had up off it. 3 unread PMs, too. Not good, and apologies for anyone who's PM'd me expecting help.

I've never seen an official ntl logo on the site before, either, FWIW.

I can't promise you that Erol-why do you think I took the bet!?

I actually don't know the full details of the fault (yet ;) ), but I do know the site should be up this afternoon.

Anyone else got a good conspiracy theory!? :D

That is an excellant point. For most of the time I didn't realize the site was owned by NTL.
