Now that would be chaos.

Former Dutch F1 driver Giedo van der Garde:

"I'm getting a bit tired of all the comments that F1 is the toughest sport in terms of performances and when you under-deliver you've got to face the consequences.

"Yes, you've got to perform. Yes, the pressure is insane. But in my opinion this comes closer to bullying or a panic move than actual high athlete achievements.

"They made a decision, fully aware, gave Liam two races only to crush his spirit. Don't forget the dedication, hard work and success Liam has put in his career so far to achieve the level where he is now.

"Yes, he underperformed the first two races - but if anyone's aware of that it's himself. Perhaps he has suggested this himself, but if not I wish Liam all the strength and courage to get to the grid in Japan. Trust yourself, get your head up, prove them wrong @liamlawson30."

Suck it up he sucks. Bearman came in and lit up the grid.

Not great that 2 races out of 2 have turned into exercises in tyre management.

Not tyre management but still a procession.

Well that race was a yawnfest, back to sleep now!

I turned my alarm off at 5:45am and went back to sleep. I just watched Sky Sports F1 YouTube channel for highlights and all I could see is some action on lap 22 in the pit, Max and Lando. I'm glad I decided against watching it live.

An enjoyable race for a change today.

I found it frustrating.

Lewis on the other hand reckons it's been time well spent

Lewis Hamilton was positive over his prospects for next weekend's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix as he left Bahrain believing he has "figured out" how his Ferrari "likes to drive".

It's fantastic to see Red Bull not at the front, however I would like to see Yuki do well and stick 2 fingers up to Lawson and his attitude.

Bearman finished behind him and to me is a better prospect. That Ferrari drive at Saudi GP 2024 was excellent.
