Not hurting, just being factual.....:)

I must admit, when I was watching the German games, it was pretty underwhelming, seemed more like a training exercise than actual matches that would count for something, with no fans in the stadiums it was pretty poor imo.

You're probably correct, MrK, the games were pretty bad imo, spoiled only by the lack of fans.

Steve McManaman made me laugh when he came out with the comments "Dortmund are in very good form" but my thoughts were they have not played for 2 months so how can they be in very good form.:D

On TV, as in many other jobs, if you want to be seen as knowing what you talk about, surround yourself with those that don't

Steve McManaman probably falls into the second category

Is all over now in Scotland no matter what ones opinions are on the matter MM.

Indeed it is, however I understand Hearts are considering legal action against their relegation.

Indeed Hearts are which is of course their right but l am of the opinion their legal action will fail.

On what are they going to base any "legal action" I wonder.

On the fact that the SPFL would have lost their decision to finish the season as they have just done, if the vote submitted by Dundee football club, which was to vote against the SPFL's resolution to end the season, had stood as it should have , as they voted No to the SPFL's resolution, only for their vote to somehow magically be "lost" in the SPFL's "trash" folder :erm:, and in the meantime Dundee were got at by someone from the SPFL to change their vote to Yes, with the promise of reconstruction in the top tier which would have seen Dundee promoted, but hey, guess what, that reconstruction isn't happening, so poor old Dundee who would have been promoted had the league been reconstructed are left with egg on their face and resigned to the league below.
Also Hearts have a case, they were only one point behind the team ahead of them at the bottom, but with 8 games to go surely they had a real chance of staying up and avoiding relegation!
So I would say that Hearts will go to court based on the fact that the vote was rigged.

They also suggested that the cost of litigation will be significantly lower than the cost of relegation.
