Nielsen said Manifest‘s showing the week of June 14-20 was the highest single-title total on the Nielsen SVOD Ratings chart since the December 2020 highs of Netflix’s Bridgerton and Cobra Kai.

Welcome to the streaming world. Netflix don't care about the viewing numbers for aquisitions. Though they might for Netflix Production originals.

Thats an impressive count, basically two normal 'netflix' seasons (It will almost certainly be released as 2 x 10).

..... and as noted, the announcement was on 8.28 (US format date), and apparently at 8.28am :)
