Yes, the usual suspects who talk the talk but invariably don't walk the walk. The likes of Bono who preach about poverty, hunger and homelessness but are multi-millionaires who own luxury properties all around the globe. The sort of people whose idea of charity for the needy is to boost their own PR by attending lavish fundraisers asking the public to donate their money to good causes. The sort of people whose lives and children won't be at all affected by the decisions they're demanding our govt. makes on our behalf. The sort of people who talk about compassion but spend most of their lives just acquiring more wealth and land to exclude us from whilst preaching to the rest of us about how generous we should be.

Or maybe it was just like Sir Terry who was so busy doing good works for everyone that he apparently didn't realise he was getting paid by the BBC for hosting 'Children in Need'. In his typical sanctimonious style, Geldof proclaimed to us all that he was so upset at the plight of refugees, he'd happily house several families. Remind us how many he and all his uber rich mates have put up again? :rolleyes:

It's up to these people to decide how/where they spend their money and even how much tax they try to avoid but please don't go around telling the rest of us we're not doing enough for the world's needy.
