It can vary from month to month but the average premium bond return us 3.6%. Inflation is 3.8%....

Very nice, my parents win often too but I'm not sure how much £s is needed to win often. I've only had £100 worth in last 25 years or so and never won, I guess it's best to buy in alot bigger blocks of bond numbers?
