And presumably the tech will replace the out of date equipment with a superhub, right? Aren't they supposed to replace equipment that's more than 3 years old even if there's no fault? Or has that been changed?

Nope, we only swap modems that can't handle 20/1. We have no method of checking how old the modem is so I don't think thats ever been policy. |
