No. Sky force interleaving on all lines and you cannot turn it off.

BT have no interleaving by default.

I did say relatively, and not identical, but that would of course rule out Sky as Qasi is suggesting. Interleaving mode introduces latency, so you'll want an ISP that offers fast path or indeed no interleave.

Damn, back to square one!

Can anyone reccomend a different ADSL ISP to Orange unlimited for lowest pings/latency that ALLOWS interleaving to be turned off?

BT infinity or BT DSL/ADSL is not available in my area in a "Broadband only" package.

BT infinity isn't available, but BT ADSL will be. BT have coverage of something like 95% of the UK or more. Dont forget, any ADSL line you're likely to get has to run through a BT exchange.

If BT is not available in your area then there will be no DSL available anybody (exception being KC-only areas)

DSL is available to of 98% of the country

Sorry, i'll re-word it, BT Infinity is not available in my area until December 2013. BT DSL/ ADSL is not available in my area in a "Broadband only" package, therefore their company as a brand is not an option for me. I was wondering if there is a less known broadband company such as "BE" or "Eclipse" that won't show up when I enter my postcode on www.broadbandchoices.co.uk. Which may be better for low pings/latency than more common ADSL companies available to me such as orange and sky.

Nobody does ADSL broadband-only in the UK. Every provider requires a phone line.
