Yup I met some people while I was at my meeting today who are very worried / worked up about this.

whether those worries are justified only time will tell and there are many differing opinions ,but it is understandable that they will be worried about a new system

It is quite obvious that people are very worried about this whole afair and making light in such a manner will only fuel such worries

I realise it now it was stupid thing to type regardless. Like to apolagise my humour is sometimes not good.

dilligaf1701 I agree many worried I know people even who passed ATOS on support worried about losing there little independance like motorbility car. Even worried they will be worse off financially they still got bills like everyone else.

I wonder who will pay I saw could cost 850m to increase assessments. How possible can the check more frequent surely it amounts to harrassment of disabled. I all for private call to just see things are ok little chat see if there more can be done. They goto remember that there genuine disabled should they not be treated humanely civil not like they scroungers or worthless.

I wonder what motorbility scheme stance on this the DLA was clear and concise who qualified for the scheme. I dont understand why this goto be altered to be honest it worked. It helped those who cant work to have indeendance it helped those in work to get things they needed.

Replace this with what they propose surely puts this motorbility scheme in jepoardy. The way I see it motorbility would unable to work out who qualifies. Unless those who in support would qualify then wrag would need transport for there work. Unless we are accept those in wrag/support are previous high rate DLA claiments all would qualify for this.

Problem this also provided carers allowance would assume this will continue with the personal assessment.

I think the coalition will find this condensing the financial assist for claiments all fit one shoe idea problematic.

Surely be pointless if those disabled long term illnesses get frequent assessments would be waste money. I think certain illnesses they just need one assessment thats it.

To me it will cause more issues than solves. Wonder if end up work in progress keep changing till gets better but then what do you do with collateral unfair damage fall in work of progresss bad policy.

I do think the bill was setup with the wrong atitude in the wrong climate. As seen by damage workfare which incidently by own admissions DWP said cant work in 2008. What changed there mind the political aggressive masters who in power. Whats changed apart from labour to coalition government. Surely this should have been enphasised.

And he knows this how?

Was it by being told this by the PM, or by his own inferences totally unsullied by factual information?

What the hell is this thread supposed to be about? I'm damned sure it's not supposed to be about sniping and scoring points. However I'm somewhat confused as to what the topic actually should be as the title gives me very few clues.

So is it about the welfare bill? Or is it about Cameron being deceitful?

Maybe the OP can enlighten us all.

If they can't and we carry on with the sniping then I can see this thread being closed.

I think it's about those politicians who get where they are today by deceiving the electorate. It's a scandal that I think most voters have fell for.
