We've no tickles that you need to claim at the moment, but watch this space

Really? Only been with the outfit since the Cable & Wireless days.

... very unlikely to happen..

why?

Ive been a cable customer since 1999, and Ive had sod all but aches and pains ever since the Virgin brand smothered us.

I wouldnt mind a new STB, its struggling to even keep up with on-demand stuff these days. Ive have an old telly for yonks, and ive yet to experience HD... ah well, not to worry, maybe Ill get a Christmas card saying thanks...

update... as expected..

If you have an old TV, how can it be VM's fault you haven't experienced HD?

I got the PC healthcheck - I thought this tickle was supposed to make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, not to threaten me! Is there anyone out there who would actually let VM mess with their computer?

I take it that is a rhetorical question starfish. :D

Our door bell rang on Friday and John went to see who was there. I gradually tuned into what was being said when I heard John saying that "Yes we had been with VM for donkey's years" and "no we didn't have Films or Sports"

I soon came down to earth and put away my elation at maybe being 'Ticked' when I glanced down the hall to see that the caller was wearing a Sky name tag. :(

I've been with VM and it's predecessors since the mid 90's. So a nice big tickle right in my arm pits would be nice. Like free upgrade to a Tivo would be nice (and Christmas is coming) ;)

"We’ve just given you explosive HD for free"

Nice.

EDIT: That was sarcasm since we have a V+ HD box with HD activated as standard >.<

That particular tickle is aimed at customer with a V HD box - which are all being activated for HD for no cost.
