By the time he tried (& failed) to take her power, he'd have known full well who she really was & worked for, plus he'd been killing people for quite some time so his "hunger" was probably stronger.

Mr African Isaac... dunno, guess he doesn't paint everything. We also don't know the extent of Arthur's powers.

I want to know what Arthur used to slice African Issac up. His head went flying, and yet when he grabbed Hiro there was no weapon in site.

Probably either telekinesis (like the ability sylar uses to pop open skulls) or super strength if he has absorbed all of Peters abilities (wich i'm starting to have my doubts about).

Especially as Peter's ability is to instantly "learn" someone else's talent so that would be all his father could take from him.

I'd guess it was TK, as already mentioned.

Although, over on DS, someone has speculated that maybe Arthur was not there at all, & was actually in Hiro's head somehow... [as we know he has the same/similar power as Matt & Maury].

Although IIRC we did see Arthur using at least one of Peter's acquired powers.

I'm sure he stole them all - not just Peter's original power.

Is it just me or is everyone starting to be related to the Petrellis (sp?) in one way or another?

Oh no they didn't. Did the just kill off Silar when Merideth went out of control and burned down Primatec HQ? We didn't see anyone drag his lifeless body out

Something probably knocked the glass out of his head. I'm a bit confused how nathan's religious streak and Peter assimilating Sylar's power fit into all of this.

Nope, apparently (from E! Online's Watch With Kristen) Sylar doesn't die, but he doesn't have Claire's power anymore.

How could he lose that ability and still survive? I know he is still in it so the survival part must be true but to lose Claires ability just doesn't make sense to me.

You misunderstood the article ;) Sylars healing ability was deactivated by Claire when she stabbed him in the back of the head with the glass, that doesn't mean he lost the healing ability, it just meant that until that glass was removed he was essentially dead.
