Perhaps if some of the anti phorm crowd had been a bit more circumspect in their posting on CF then the thread may not have had to close.Sometimes it seemed like some were posting for the sake of posting and just to have a natter and sometimes to suggest some highly dubious behaviour which could lead CF into trouble.

If some had just thought BEFORE they posted.:(

Sorry Popper, looks to me as if there are more mods on this thread than genuine posters who want to discuss "DPI, Phorm, Webwise subthread for all things OT BR". They're even starting to disagree with themselves I think. It's great shame that it's come to this on CF as many guests will now not know where to go to get anti-phorm info. Best of luck 'cos I guess I'll get told off or banned for this post.

sorry Raistlin, i didnt see your post until the other thread closed (now open again lol) and other people finally started useing this one for the OT stuff it was made for.

yeah, thats the reason i didnt volunteer to become one myself, i could have been doing my part to clean up the main Phorm thread and moving OT BR stuff here, and linking it back over there, as i have tryed to do here as a mere user in this anything goes OT BR thread, but alas, its not to be if Alias isnt allowed OC :angel:

on another related point, it seems other than the CF Phorm thread there has been a total lack of Phorm related news posts http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&ne...rm&btnG=Search

see this is what the threads for , no messing up the main one, and points and helpful pointers for other CF users to take onboard or not as the case may be, are being made :angel:

In addition to Chris T's post, on behalf of the team I'd like to express our thanks for those who have been in contact with us and shown us your sincere support over our decision to close the old Phorm thread and the belief that we are entitled to hold an opinion. :)

Believe me, we know there needs to be a public debate about Phorm, we won't be abandoning it and hope to be discussing it again shortly.
