Re: On Demand Variance
I find it hard to believe that no one knows whats going on with this. It is only over half of Virgins user base not able to get a proper service on what Virgin was claiming to be making up for the loss of Sky.

Re: On Demand Variance
19 HD Films should be available now (source www.filmflexmovies.co.uk)
I have 3. And they have not changed for weeks! :( |
Re: On Demand Variance
A load of Bond Films added in HD. Anyone ex NTL have them?
|
Re: On Demand Variance

Re: On Demand Variance
I spoke to someone in CS and he said that the V+ boxes needed a software update as they "can not cope with all the features and VOD". This update would be done end July.
He also told me that no one can get all the HD movies listed on Filmflex. When I asked why they have them listed I was told that "People with Virgin Freeview boxes can get them"? I challenged this as there is no HD on freeview, but the guy said that is what he was told and did not know first hand. Why are people at VM told to lie to customers? This is the best way possible to make customers leave. Can anyone confirm if they can get all the HD movies on VOD - see if that was a lie also? |
Re: On Demand Variance
I haven't even got the Bond movies (in H/D anyway)
Also the bit about V+ not coping with VOD is definately a lie - to 'cope' with VOD you just need a tuner |
Re: On Demand Variance
I nearly fell off my chair last night.
2 pages of HD movies, INCLUDING CASINO ROYALE. Time to buy a HDMI cable (instead of component). Woooo! |
Re: On Demand Variance
Yes, 2 pages of HD movies, I am very happy today!
Not to mention the free music on demand for XL package - nice one Virgin, I take it all back! |
