the booklet arrived in Hornchurch last Thursday - 18th.
TV Drive booked in for 16th Feb install

Phoned the 0800 number in the book to ask about V+ Services.

Ended up at Telewest sales
1) We are not Virgin Media yet
2) We have no details about these services
