You can get 3 different versions from the TV Cream website...

I got mine from the BBC Dr Who website - and a text alert of the Daleks too. :disturbd:
Can't see it on the site now though - PM me if you want me to try and send it to you? Might not be able to do it till the weekend as I'm away for a few days, or ask Paul!

Yeah, I was mooching around the Dr Who site to no avail (although I do have the Daleks set as the ringtone for my brother - I nearly died last time he rang me :D )

Erm - that's way too technical for me! I'm away for a few days now so if you PM Paul the details he can probably sort it out.
The one I have is the current TV theme - I think it's really good! :D

Those links contained the original, the 80's one and the Trial of a timelord version. While its cool you found them it is the new 2006 theme that was being looked for.:)

I have many different ones just now. Flintstones for my bro, the Fame theme for my mate Liane, Imperial march for work numbers, Baywatch theme for my G/F and Soft cell tainted love for everyone else, there are more personalised ones but that would take to long to list them all.
