Well so far so good... Looks like i have sorted the problem by updating the Firmware on the Router (Netgear WGU624) to the latest and newly released version... Even on the firmware description it looks says "Sorts problems with Azureus/High Traffic Load Causing Router to hang"

So if you havent already check if your routers hav an updated firmware... If you are using a router that is... :rolleyes:
