There will still be plenty of diving , simulation and cheating Mr K in whatever pyramid of football you are watching.

Yes but this time it will be in 6 inch mud, under dodgy floodlights (if they have them) with teams that have nothing to lose, and professionals that are cacking themselves. Anything can happen. ;)

With 12 games played, Spurs are below Newcastle. You can't ignore that. 3 wins in 12 is abysmal. Added bad luck and board pressures in the transfer market of course.

Jose won't be signing for Newcastle then once this Mexican-Arab Peter Kenyon American takeover is completed.

2-2 with a minute to go ... the Toon Army is refusing to lie down. I have to admit I have a great deal of affection for Newcastle, I lived in the city a few months when I was (much) younger and their passion for the game was something to behold (and that's coming from someone who grew up on Merseyside!)

No matter how Newcastle do their supporters are tremendously loyal unlike some sides in the capital.

Watching them under King Kevin on TV was mesmerizing to watch not just for the football but also seeing someone who manages just as passionately as when he played the game.

Pretty solid 4k coverage here.

Alongside my discount and even without, generally cheaper per year than a Sky sub per month plus BT on top. As well as plenty of original TV shows to throw in with it. Oh and obviously the free 1 day postage too which generally pays for itself a few times over.

Long live Prime football.

All told Prime is a great deal. It totally pays for itself at this time of year. Our family is spread all over the country so Amazon Prime One Day Delivery is brilliant ... even when we've forgotten someone, we can fix it even quite late on in December.

The football is a nice little bonus for me. I've never been in to it enough to want to pay for it, but if it's there, I'll probably dip in.

Re: Season 2019/2020 Football

They have often started games like that only to run out of steam. A record of 10 points dropped from winning positions is testament to that. When they attack as they can the pace up front is frightening. Just not putting enough chances away. Spurs did not really perform up front, Kane was anonymous. Even so they could still have nicked an equaliser at the end. McTominay staying fit is of major importance ATM.

A couple of interesting Man United stats. They led 2-0 at half time yesterday. They have never lost a Premier League game when leading by 2 goals at half time.

And another stat to be even more proud of.

When they play Everton on Sunday their first 11 will include at least 3 or 4 academy graduates. After the midweek Europa Cup game that will mean that United have fielded at least one academy graduate in the first team for 4000 consecutive matches.

Not just that, already beaten City, Leicester, Spurs and Chelsea, still the only team to take points of Liverpool, yet lose to Newcastle, Bournemouth, Palace?

That reminds me of the Liverpool before Klopp's tenure in that they beat the better sides but lose to the average ones.

More racist chanting at a English football stadium.:(

Newcastle are picking up way more points than anyone could have expected. Somethings clicking. They're not being pushed over.

Disgraceful stuff on the racism front. What is actually going on here? I can't remember it at all in the English game growing up, now it's present at some point every season.

Yes indeed these last couple of years a very tiny minority seem to have become emboldened when it comes to racist taunts and chants at English football stadiums.

The steady rise in social media has led to a generation who are anything but ‘social’. The abusive language used online on all topics has permeated what few brain cells the morons have sadly.:(

Sadly you are right Jim as if anybody starts using abuse at me l block them straight away as l tend to use social media
when debating about certain sports.

They should make them play the next game behind closed doors without TV cameras. Now that really would hurt a Premiership club/it's sponsors/Sky and make them take this seriously. Won't happen if course, money rules.

The trouble with the football authorities and all the other relevant groups is none of them possess the moral backbone and will to do that Mr K.

Second goal of the season disallowed via VAR with an armpit being the marker. :erm:

clear and obvious error
Where was the clear and obvious error. If you're needing to measure it to near an inch, it isn't obvious nor clear. Spurs now find themselves a goal down from a free-kick that looks to be the result of a dive.

Had to be red for Winks, arguably Alli should've walked too. Some classic refereeing. Obviously the latter had to go and score.

Michael Obafemi with a great goal, pretty dismal Chelsea defending.
