Don't cut the grass too short either!

Thanks for the advice Taf, I was hoping the weedkiller would do the job, it kills everything bar the grass apparently.

It's got some very quirky stuff. Copy a folder to your desktop, and it'll appear half on/half off screen. They messed about by changing a file move to a file copy. They've murdered Textedit, which no longer has a 'save as option', and will kindly save an edited document under the original name when you close texedit without saving. There's lots of little niggles and things that appear to have changed for the sake of it. It feels wrong, as if it hasn't had the attention to detail that's needed.

Current daily driver is an Impreza Den (affectionately known as "the trifle destroyer" after a minor mishap ferrying family and certain foodstuffs to a party). My previous car would relieve me of the best part of 900 quid for all four corners so 550 for a set of Bridgestones isn't bad going really. Everything mounts up though having recently paid nearly £700 for a new headlight - the wet winter seems to have taken it's toll on the seals in HID lamps though as I've seen a lot of people lately driving around with just one eye working.

When I was running the supercharged Integra that would wear out a set of fronts in about 7,000 miles or so! small mercies.

Will you marry me, only 2 pairs of shoes!!. My wife is a size six & has great problem getting clothes to fit , when she finds any thing she buys it in every colour in the store !!.

Vets was bought buy the "Family" to add to group businesses, I just signed the cheque. Needed bigger house at home & its cheaper in the long run to buy at Walt Disney world than to stay on site or rent. Now I rent out & get a discount on park tickets! Change car every year, company perk :) Tv is another story keeping up with the "Jones`s" so to speak. I just love weetabix .That reminds me need to get so PG tips for daughter !!

l gather jo that your two pairs of show you bought will go with the other hundreds of pairs of shoes that you have already got because that's certainly the case in our household as my partner seems to buy a new pair every week.:)

Not hundreds. I did have a clear out a while back when it looked as though my days of wearing high heels were over. I donated them to a local charity and I believe they raised a healthy amount.

https://www.cableforum.co.uk/images/local/2016/10/1.gif I have to admit though that I still buy far too many pairs, like Itshim's wife I will buy the same shoes in different colours if given the chance. Luckily my husband is happy to indulge me, he says that it's a relatively harmless addiction and worth the money for the pleasure it gives me. He does, however, open certain cupboards with great trepidation as he has been attacked in the past by cascades of badly stacked shoe boxes, poor man. https://www.cableforum.co.uk/images/...2013/05/19.gif

I got a few decent plain white Tees in Primark the other week. V neck.

Earlier today bought a new coffee table from Harvey's along with a lamp and console table.

Oh and a bottle of Maker's Mark.
