Both under the cosh of the lurgy. So a simple dish of beans on toast. Not had this for a long while so childhood memories. :)

Nothing wrong with beans on toast as when l was unwell l could not tolerate nothing much more then the trusty old fish finger sandwich.

Just finish homemade potato & cheese cakes.

Mash some spuds, add enough flour to bind (but not too much to turn onto a dough), add cheese.

Make into small patties and fry, you can use a pan that bacon has been cooked it.

When Golden brown eat. :D

Beef and lamb burgers, baked. Oven chips and beer battered onion rings. Peas. JD smokey BBQ sauce, mint sauce and ketchup. :drool:
