is way to low, i know there are at least 31,000 council houses in wythenshawe alone, the largest so called garden city in the EU(still), and virtually every single home has access to a BT line....

I think there's other exchanges which serve that area. eg. peel hall is served by an exchange in heald green.

For what has to be done, before you get it, - browbeating poor misinformed CS associates won't get you your upgrade any sooner.

do you actually have to unplug your stb to get the upgrade working (whenever that will happen)?

From what I understand, no you shouldn't have to re-boot your modem or STB. Anyone else know for sure?

if i dont get it i am going to leave " insert date here"
I want a refund.

and the list goes on and on and on

I don't think that improves things any, to be honest, what is the point in making statements that can't be fulfilled - isn't that what NTL are being accused of doing?

Re: New Speeds - June 1st

It Would Probably have been better if NTL had said by the end on june, this roll-out should be finished. All that is needed is a claer statment from the company then everyone knows the score.

Im working on one of the biggest computer roll-outs in Scotland (not NTL related) And we have a clear plan of action as i guess they must have.

Then you'll know that things change and other things can get delayed. This is why NTL don't publish their plan of action.
