I haven't said anything that Virginmedia's parent company hasn't all ready mentioned online. I'd like to feedback to VM with my install findings but can't get on the trial forum at all.

I've sent a pm to one of the mods on there, unfortunately I chose the wrong mod so will try another mod when I know they are online there.

Do you by chance have two UserID's on VM Forum and if so have you checked PM's and both VMM/VMM2 Trial access on both accounts?

I've just checked and I don't appear to have any private messages. I only have one account in the VM forum.

I had an issue, posted it to the forum and it was resolved about 30mins later. Didn't have to do a thing.

It can be slow getting a response from mods, but once they do respond issues get resolved quickly.

Unless you call VM support then you are pretty screwed half of them don't have a clue about it. it must be so secret even support don't know about it
