I didn't need to pinhole reset. I just turned the power off, wait a couple of minutes and then on again and it was R36.

Thats what confuses me, i'd rather not reset it to default, maybe i am not leaving it turned off long enough.

XL (currently 30mb)

Tried pin hole reset - no luck.

I am sure the post in this thread said XL customers were this week.

This will be followed by updates the following week for XL, XXL, L30 and XL60 customers and the week after that for L and 30Mb customers. I have logged into my virgin and i am on broadband XL.

It says XL in my virgin media, no mention of XL30. Its confusing because of the naming conventions.
