Stop being deliberately obtuse, even a few half Welsh people know that if Russia win England can't qualify.

If Russia lose, England must draw with Croatia. If Russia draw, England must beat Croatia...

Surely you must know, what with that England obsessed media you're always reading?! It's good for England, it Israel win they only need a draw against Croatia, if Israel draw, England need to beat Croatia.
