So what is the source? Otherwise I'll assume it's Twitter on which all the people are crediting 'reports' without ever specifying which 'reports' these are.

I didn't say Vertonghen to Arsenal isn't dead, however the chance there still might be a deal is obvious until he signs for us or someone else. The chance of a deal is completely different to it being 'done'.
