Re: Virgin TV (2025)

i think virgin media could do a great deal by adding premier sports to the top package. would be a great win. it seems no games are now on la liga tv? i dont know if la liga tv has been abolished but it seems everything is on premier sports 1 and 2 now or premier player.

make the deal virgin media!!

Doubt that'll happen as TNT was taken out of the top pack.

It wouldn't cost Virgin that to cover the cost for each top pack customer, still don't think they'll do it though.

Don't think what it costs them relates to what they charge. OK this was years ago but a friend had a bar and he loved people that bought sodas saying that the syrup/water cost 5 cents and he sold at 1.50 .far more than he made than on a beer.

my prices are likely to go up by that anyway this year so i'd want to at least have something for it to justify the inevitable pain!

You will find it may cost only £9.99p/m

Virgin Media O2 are putting up prices year on year even know TNT Sports UK has been removed from the top package.

So Virgin Media O2 are making an extra £8 to £10 per month from TNT Sports UK now being an 'Add on' channel.

Even saying that if Virgin goes to Premier with an £10 per head offer I think they would take it as they viewing numbers would go up then they can ask ads (like Sky Media) for more money.

I doubt Virgin would offer anywhere near £10 per subscriber per month for Premier Sports.

probably about half that but it may still be tempting for premier sports

Honestly mate you might be better off looking down the Sky stream route or streaming options, might save you some cash especially the latter as you can just dip in and out as needed.
