Joe Biden slammed as 'utterly incoherent' even with 'assistance of an autocue'

President Biden delivered a rambling and error-ridden speech during an appearance in Illinois where he confused names, genders and places in a speech about the importance of vaccines which has received heavy criticism for its haphazardness.

Funny how they only pick 3 derogartory things in an over 20 minute speach by a person who it is known to battle a stutter.

Speach starts about 14.13.

To be fair, Joe Biden doesn't - other people just point out to those who mock him when he stumbles over some words, that he has had a stutter all of his life.

Are you saying that he should not have run for public office because he stutters?

I think it's a bit unreasonable to expect US presidents not to speak, pleasant as that would be. :)

Things like not being able to remember your own family and what they did or didn't do, has nothing to do with any stutter.

Maybe he wants to forget members of his family.

People need to understand how truly debilitating a stutter can be.

There was a program "Educating Yorkshire" I believe. A young lad's stutter was so bad he really struggled to speak, a teacher worked with him and used tricks from the film "The King's Speech" and played music over headphones.

Well some 10 years later the lad is a public speaker about stuttering.

I'm talking about getting things completely wrong, not missing out words or mixing up similar words.
