Since then City's revenue has undoubtedly grown so they don't really have an issue of meeting FFP legislation anymore. Not sure the ban will be upheld either. The appeal will already postpone the ban at least a season. Following that being upheld they'll head to the Swiss supreme Court which in turn postpones it until resolved.

PSG and Milan. PSG avoided the ban and Milan negotiated a one year ban which already sets the basis for City at the CAS. It seems at the very most they'll only serve a year ban. City have the money to take it even further though. Uefa struck a deal with Milan to avoid this.
