I'm surprised that it lasted that long. Season 1 was awful.

I watched the first six episodes, and realised I didn't care at all about the characters. Unfortunately, I find that a series involving some sort of disaster can have the best special effects (and the effects in Helix were good), and can look and sound amazing, but it will not engage me unless I care about the characters. I don't even need to like them. I can hate them, but I didn't feel anything at all about the characters in Helix.

One Big Happy, featuring Kelly Brook and Elisha Cuthbert, has been axed in America after just 6 episodes. Shame really, as apart from the rubbish acting by Kelly the show itself was actually quite good.

AGH!

"Other genres of comedy"? What, like even more repeats of Friends?

It takes up a half-hour slot, at the very end of the day. Why pull it?
