Cable Forum - What are you eating now?

Well, spinach, new potatoes, rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants harvested from the allotment today. Not quite sure what I'm going to make with it all but our house won't starve tonight :)

Pork Korma with a Carolina Reaper in it. HOT!

And pressure-cooked 5 large Artichokes to eat cold with vinaigrette tomorrow.

I do make it from scratch at times but this was an Ainsley Harriot cup soup. Hot from pepper, often Szechuan, and sour from rice wine vinegar. Hint of chili.

Yes we like to make our own soup but some of these different cup a soups flavours ain't bad.
