Morrison and his break down with West Ham. This part is quite alarming:

yes, disturbing, if he was being coerced to sign

:dunce: always getting my post and pre mixed up.

Technically I suppose that every player who has played since 1945 is a post war player, unless you count all the other wars since.:(

Last one in which the man in the street was conscripted though.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is a "bully" engaging in "boring" mind games, Arsenal legend Bob Wilson has said.

Pure greed from the player and rank stupidity from the club as no player is worth that in my humble opinion.

I think it's just right. With the club in transition at the moment, when players decide whether or not to join United they'll want to see names like Rooney being taken seriously and showing their intent to lead the team in its next phase.

The Draw Numbers
1 Manchester City
2 Sheffield United or Nottingham Forest
3 Arsenal or Liverpool
4 Brighton & Hove Albion or Hull City
5 Wigan Athletic
6 Sheffield Wednesday or Charlton Athletic
7 Sunderland
8 Everton
Ties to be played on 8 and 9 March 2014

hope we avoid 1,3,8

Arsenal playing a slightly weakened team with the full backs, goalkeeper and striker all changed. Sanogo starts. Strong midfield. Liverpool at full strength.

Arsenal or Liverpool at home to Everton. Ugh. We've not had much luck in the draw this year.
