Inter have officially rejected John Carew’s transfer after he failed a medical, as his fitness levels are “not compatible with the needs of the club.”

Benitez has lost it again, apparently had a massive rant at the fans and the board after tonights match. Wonder if he will last until the end of the season now...

What the chuffing hell did he expect? He slagged them off in the press, he worked for one of Chelsea's biggest rivals and apponted interim manager days after quite possibly the most popular manager they had ever had under Roman was sacked and the fat Spainish waiter expects them to be happy? I'm an ardent anti Chelsea person, but even I was disgusted when he was appointed manager. Roman paid the price when he couldn't work with Mourinho and sacked him. Chelsea could have been strangling the English Premier League over the last few seaons like United did during the 90's.

If you don't think rafa was a good choice, it is the owner you should complain about. But fans are quiet about the owner, probably scared he will take his money and leave. So you attack easier targets. |
Re: Football Season 2012/2013
I've heard several Chelsea fans slag off Roman, but yes the majority are scared he will take his money elsewhere if they make too much fuss.

Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Anyone else think it's a little odd that Real Madrid (reportedly) want Laudrup as manager? OK I'm biased, I don't want him to leave but one of the biggest clubs in the world wanting a popular former player who has only 2 years' experience (albeit with a modicum of success) to manage the team?
He's done really well with us of course but I can't imagine Eric Cantona, 2 years in to his first and only management job winning the League Cup with (say) Sheffield United being tipped to take over from SAF. |
Re: Football Season 2012/2013
Yes there is no way if l was him that l would ever go to Real Madrid because as you come in one door before you know it they have pushed you out of the back door because they are not exactly well trained in treating their managers very well.:nono:
