I want one! My energy providers don't provide them and I figured that I'll just unplug stuff rather than spend £££ buying one :D

Happy thought is that youngest couldn't quite get to grips with tabs to help me out, BUT he did start a bit of acoustic delight for me.
He is quite talented, but shy, and does not perform easily without a band behind him.
He just curled up on the chair and strummed ' Hey There Delilah', and such, to me. Something I can't buy or plan or ask for. Wondrful.

Just updated my Satnav software and noticed this in the release notes:

"Fix traffic reception in Vladivostok, Russia"

Brill, just what I have been waiting for!

Your new avatar tempts me towards a full English breakfast every time I see it :D

I'm happy that a good friend got out her walking stick and struggled a few yards to my door. Bless her. She has MS.
We had a good old chin-wag, caught up on news and laughed and giggled quite a lot.
None of us knows what lies ahead for us do we ?

Natalie signed us up to the cineworld cinema pass thingy last night - so we went and saw Dredd and Hope Springs today. Nice day out :)

Got back today from that data desert: West Cornwall. Only 2G connection and barely adequate to get mail let alone surf.

Tried the phone browser but still NFG.

Local pub claims Wi-Fi so I need to get the lappy upto speed on that.

Being in Cornwall sounds enough of a 'happy thought' to me. Oh, and the "local pub" :)
Leaving my lappy at home sounds even better :D

Down to serious business now - have you got the washing machine on and caught up with your mail yet?

Hope you enjoyed your stay there.

My BT Vision box just turned up and I had an email saying the services are up and running - no more sky :)

It was nice to be able to use a number of my power tools: the newest being a sliding compound mitre saw with laser sight, it's first outing in vengence. Superb bit of kit.

A few visits to the local pub (First and Last) were made. :)

:)
I'm quite good with a poszdriv and WD40 :D
You have a good reason to revisit then :)

(You blokes and your powertools :D )

I have a happy thought for Thursday. We are off to Las vegas for 9 days. Looking forward to that, but not the long journey.
