A good practice for Hamilton today with his partially redesigned car, will be interesting to see how he holds up in tomorrow's qualifying (that's if his KERS holds out longer than today ;) )

Webber on Pole, Barichello 2nd and Button 3rd. Vettel is 4th and Hamilton is 5th with a vastly improved car.

Nice work by Webber, he deserves it. Hope he wins tomorrow. :)

The fuel adjusted grid with projected first stop info makes interesting reading

Code:

1 Webber (lap 21)
2 Vettel +0.250 (lap 19)
3 Hamilton +0.614 (lap 18)
4 Barrichello +0.617 (lap 14)
5 Button +0.838 (lap 13)
6 Sutil +1.474 (lap 28)
7 Kovalainen +1.524 (lap 21)
8 Massa +1.906 (lap 25)
9 Raikkonen +2.025 (lap 26)
10 Piquet +2.048 (lap 26)

from http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...ne/8145826.stm

Looks like Webber is really well placed if he can get a good start, wheras Jensen's predicted early stop could put him in a position of being held up by slower cars, when he comes out of the pits, allowing the front runners to get away.

I hope the race lives up to its potential - Hamilton suddenly being so competitive adds extra interest to the racing, so I hope we can concentrate on that & not the politics..

Sutil ahead of both Ferraris, and he's got more fuel on board. Way to go Adrian! :D

The Brawns are the lightest on the grid, fuel corrected times would really close up the grid; and drop the Brawns back a few places. Webber is well out there though. Go Mark

Fantastic race today, really pleased for Webber. Hope Raikkonen gets punished for the clumsy collision with Sutil, who had his race wrecked by that Ferrari (not for the first time).

Great race, well deserved win from Webber.

Barichello isn't a happy bunny.

No action being taken its a "racing incident". I can deal with that I suppose but why did Weber get a drive through? I suspect all anyone wants is consistency.... Shame for Lewis, he could really put the cat amongst the pigeons.

good result but it wasn't the most exciting race. There wasn't much overtaking and although we had the excitement of Webbing gaining back the drive through that isn't the same as actual racing on track.

I thought both were just racing incidents and neither deserved anything. Shame for Sutil as he had the same strategy as Rosberg so could have got a few points

It's not like he's being forced out in the same way Balestre was in the 90s.

OH NO... Todt is standing for the presidency :( He's a worse money grabber than Mosely and as you can see Mosely has endorsed him :(:(:(

Really do hope that Vatanen gets it instead

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...ne/8153983.stm

Also it's now official Bourdais has been sacked

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/moto...ne/8153412.stm

It'll be interesting to see how Jaime Alguersuari copes with the change from F3 to F1, I hope he does well as it's nice to see young blood in the sport

Jaime has been racing in World Series by Renault this year which is a step up from F3. He hasn't set the world on fire so far. Sebastian Loeb is going to do the last race of the season and maybe more if he wins the World Rally Champ earlier.

Now is a shock Torro Rosso after a driver called Sebastian :D
