Perfectly normal for a Hub3, mine is similar on 16 but doesn't affect my connection at all, although i do wonder why i always have this pattern.

On 12 channels with a Hub3 it was flat.

My fault, over a year old, was quickly cleared under fault number F004784782.

They discovered some network errors linked back to a couple of card slots which have now been reset.
A month later it has reappeared, 2 days on the trot.

This is when I had a few issues a week or so ago and you were left waiting many seconds for web pages to load and streaming was very stop/start...

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/s...09-11-2016.png

This is now and things appear to have improved and browsing speeds are back to how they were...

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/s...20-11-2016.png

So it looks like the more spikes the better the network speeds?

As I said on the VM forum, it is indeed counter-intuitive that the lower BQM shoould represent a satisfactory service. That said, if you are doing stuff over the 24 hours, then that will hinder the low priority BQM pings and thus you might be satisfied with performance.

As a matter of interest, what model hub do you have?

Not sure what you're monitoring here. It's not your CMTS from the looks of it.

I'm getting a ton of packet loss in recent days, having great difficulty keeping a stable vpn connection in the evenings.
